Shipping Policy

US Domestic Shipping: I alternate between UPS and USPS, depending on the shape and size of the package. Please let me know if you have a shipping preference. International Shipping: All international order are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. These are shipped with a tracking number, but are handed off to the local postal service upon arrival in the destination country. Please be aware that you are responsible for any taxes or fees levied upon the package at customs. Packages with contents totaling $100 or more will be covered by signature confirmation, unless requested otherwise. Charges for shipping upgrades will be the responsibility of the buyer. Please convo me if you are interested in upgrading your shipping.

Refund Policy

I currently accept credit cards through PayPal. After purchasing an item from the shop, please remember to click through to PayPal to complete the purchase. You do not need a PayPal account in order to use a credit card. Simply select the option to pay without an account. Payment must be received within 24 hours of purchase or the sale will be canceled.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

I take effort to package and ship each item as carefully as possible. Once a package has shipped I have released responsibility of the item. In the event however that an item is damaged during shipping, please convo me as soon as possible and include a picture of the broken piece. Once the damaged piece is returned to me (shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer), I will work quickly to send you a replacement. Each Honeycomb Studio piece is made one at a time by hand. I strive for consistency, but due to the handmade nature of ceramics, there may be slight variations in glaze detail or size. Situations of damage or dissatisfaction will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Custom orders are not eligible for refunds or cancellation by the buyer.
